🔷 The stats of some cloaks have been updated. The cloaks now have the following PvP defense progression:
- Cold and Radiant Light: from 0.2% to 0.4%
- Cold and Radiant Wing: from 0.3% to 0.8%
- Conqueror's: from 0.3% to 0.8%
🔷 A new level 3 upgrade has been added for Cold and Radiant Wing cloaks: Cold and Radiant Angel. To upgrade your cloak, speak with Bruenor in Dwarven Village.
Brief description: Increases HP Regeneration by 9, MP Regeneration by 0.60 and PvP Defense by 1.2%.
